The webinar presented best practices developed within the SIMHE services (Supporting Immigrants in Higher Education in Finland) related to employment. During the panel discussion, employment paths were explored from the perspectives and experiences of a SIMHE service user, an employer, and a trade union representative.

The aim of the SIMHE services is to facilitate the identification and recognition of prior learning among highly educated immigrants and individuals with foreign backgrounds, as well as to support their access to higher education, completion of degrees, and employment in the Finnish labor market, both nationally and regionally.

The webinar is targeted at higher education institutions, professionals working with services for highly educated immigrants, employers, and anyone interested in the topic.
