Impact is an important criterion in the Erasmus+ programme. A network of 12 Erasmus+ National Agencies will organise a series of 4 webinars in which we will support you in developing a better understanding of the concept of impact, impact planning, and of monitoring, evaluating, and managing for impact.
These webinars are linked to the Erasmus+ impact handbook that was jointly developed by 12 National Agencies. Each webinar links to one of the chapters. You can download the impact handbook on our website:

For whom?
The webinars are relevant for organisations interested in applying for Erasmus+ funding and for organisations currently implementing an Erasmus+ project or programme. The webinars focus on Mobility (Key Action 1) and Partnership (Key Action 2) projects in the following sectors: School Education, Higher Education, Adult Education and Vocational Education and Training, Youth and Sport.

- Thursday 27 November 2025: Defining impact before application
- Tuesday 20 January 2026: Monitoring & evaluation of impact
- Tuesday 27 January 2026: Managing for impact
All webinars start at 09.30 am CET (10.30 Finnish time) and end at the latest at 12.00 CET (13.00 Finnish time). If you want to test your sound and camera, you can join us from 09.15 am CET (10.15 Finnish time).
The webinars are hosted by MDF. The webinars will be held in English.
