Join us in September 2024 for a two-day event - Focus on the Global South: EDUFI Programmes’ Coordinators’ Meeting.

Why?

• To strengthen connections between Finnish HEI colleagues working with partners from the Global South
• To exchange practices and leverage collective wisdom on project cooperation and implementation, especially emphasizing regional/national cooperation.
• To jointly reflect on educational cooperation progress and ongoing projects in the Global South.

To whom?

Colleagues at Finnish higher education institutions working with HEI ICI / HEP, TFK, Erasmus+ CBHE, CBVET, CB Sport, as well as global and bilateral cooperation projects with the Global South (including both mobility and cooperation projects).

10.15 – 11.00 Keynote: Trends and Challenges in Higher Education Development Cooperation

11.00 – 12.00 Session 1: Current opportunities for cooperation   

12.00 – 13.00 Lunch 

13.00-14.30 Session 2: Facilitated discussions in country- and region-specific groups (based on registrations)    

14.30-15.00 Coffee and Picture 

15:00 – 15:45 Session 3: Reflective dialogue on Europe and global cooperation 

15.45-16.00 Conclusions and end of event

Programme-specific Coordinators’ Meetings of  

• Higher Education Partnership HEP projects 
• Team Finland Knowledge Programme TFK projects and  
• Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education projects.  

Please register based on your current project. The agendas for the programme-specific coordinators’ meetings will be shared for the registered participants.
